Raw silk’s matte, slubbed surface creates a distinct visual contrast with the chiffon panels on either side of it, making the sleeves read as a deliberate material statement rather than a complementary finish. The shirt’s front yoke is hand embellished on chiffon, while a hand embellished organza neckline band at the front and a hand embellished back neckline in organza frame the collar in handcraft embellishment on both faces of the shirt simultaneously - a construction found in no other piece in the collection. Embroidered sequinned side slits in organza, complete with handmade tassels at each slit, give Rose Romance a hemline detail that is both structural and decorative, and a combination of golden samosa lace and ribbon lace closes the daman with two distinct finishing textures.
