How to order, step by step

A detailed guide for every part of PakPoshak. It only takes a couple of minutes.

✨Two easy ways to find what you want

Two ways to order: tap + Add on anything in our listing, or send a product link from any of our 140+ brands.

A
Browse products: on the home page tap “🔎 Browse products”, filter by price, category or brand, then tap a product to add it. No copy-paste needed.

Browse brands: tap “🏪 Browse brands”. Find a brand by Store Types (multi-department, women’s, premium, menswear, kids) or by Product Category (see which brands make bridal, lawn, winter, etc.), then open the brand and copy a product link (steps below).
💡Not every product is inside “Browse products” yet. For the full range, use “Browse brands”. And if an item is sold out, the app will tell you when you try to save it.

The search bar understands plain words. Type any term below and results filter instantly:

1Add the products you want

On the home page, tap a brand (or “Browse all brands”) to open its panel.

Tap “Open [Brand] →”. The brand’s own website opens. Find and open the product you want.

Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right) and choose “Open in Chrome” (or your phone’s browser).On a computer the brand site opens in a new Chrome tab automatically. Just open the product you want.

In Chrome, press and hold the web address at the top until “Copy” appears, then tap Copy.Click the web address at the top (or press Ctrl + L), then Ctrl + C to copy it.

Come back to PakPoshak and tap the gold “📋 Paste link” button. The price and sizes fill in automatically.

Pick your size(s) and quantity, choose the category if asked, then tap “Save to Order List”.

Add another product the same way, or tap “Add Another Product” / continue to your details.
💡Your saved items stay safe even if you close the app or switch pages. They’re kept on your phone until you submit the order.

2Enter your details

Type your full name, WhatsApp number, and delivery address in Bangladesh.

Tap “Review my order →”.

3Review & pay

Check your items and the total (product price + shipping by weight + a small fee).

Tap “Confirm & Submit Order”. You’ll get your Order ID.

Pay the total using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank. The details are shown right on screen.

Under “Already Paid?”, enter the amount you paid, the method, and your TrxID (or attach the receipt screenshot), then tap “Confirm Payment”.
🔒You only pay after you’ve seen and approved the total. The amount you enter is matched to your order automatically.

4Track your order

Save your Order ID. Tap “Track My Order” anytime to see its status.

We’ll only message you on WhatsApp if a product is unavailable, or the parcel weight turns out much higher than estimated.
